1.1. These terms govern all services provided by HubTub Service Center, including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, and product support.
1.2. HubTub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated terms will be available on our website and apply immediately.

2. Service Scope
2.1. Services are provided only for products purchased from HubTub or authorized distributors.
2.2. Repairs and maintenance will be performed based on the nature of the issue and product eligibility.

3. Warranty on Repairs
3.1. HubTub offers a 30-day warranty on repair services, covering the specific issues addressed during the repair.
3.2. The warranty does not cover new issues unrelated to the original repair or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1. Customers must provide accurate information about the product, proof of purchase, and any applicable warranty details if purchased from HubTub.
4.2. Customers are responsible for backing up any data on electronic devices before submitting them for service. HubTub will not be liable for any data loss.

5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. All service charges, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts replacement, will be disclosed to the customer before proceeding with the service.
5.2. Full payment must be made upon completion of the service. Partial payments or deferred payments will not be accepted unless pre-arranged.

6. Genuine Parts and Replacements
6.1. HubTub uses only genuine parts for repairs and replacements.
6.2. If genuine parts are unavailable, the customer will be informed, and an alternative will be provided upon approval.

7. Turnaround Time
7.1. The estimated turnaround time for repairs will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the product.
7.2. Delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping issues, or force majeure events will be communicated promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. HubTub will not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from repairs or services.
• Damage caused by the customer’s misuse or mishandling of the product after service.
8.2. Liability is limited to the value of the service fees paid by the customer.

9. Unclaimed Products
9.1. Products left unclaimed for more than 60 days after service completion will be considered abandoned. HubTub reserves the right to dispose of such items without further notice.

10. Cancellation and Refunds
10.1. Customers may cancel service requests before repairs begin. Cancellation after service commencement may incur diagnostic or partial service charges.
10.2. A service charge of Rs. 199+GST (non-refundable) will be applicable on every service request and will be adjusted from in the total amount of the value.
